Short tailored programmes of mental training aimed at golfers of all abilities
By showing you how to adopt a fresh attitude and expanding your understanding of the relationship between mind and body and between the emotional and mental aspects of your game "Forethinking" may not only improve your golf but lead you to enjoy playing even more.
Forethinking is a simple practical application of sport psychology to golf.
Forethinking introduces you, in a fun and engaging way, to simple mental rehearsal techniques, helps you to analyse your performance and then equips you with some basic problem solving techniques.
Run as a series of one hour one to one sessions "Forethinking" can be conducted face to face or virtually at a time and place to suit your personal schedule.
Equally the sessions lend themselves to small group work and an enjoyable alternative is to get together with one, two or three of your golfing buddies and work through the "Forethinking" programme together.
Specific sessions can also be arranged to address a specific problem or aspect of your game.
